"Highly unorganized, customer service isn't a priority..I was contacted that a unit was available.. when I responded Angela constantly gave me the run around.., it appears that the management office is highly incompetent to meet the needs of applicants..and probably same applies for their tenants..I'd highly recommend to avoid this property..from my experience you'll only be wasting your time"
"Ever since they got new property management it has gone down hill. The previous managers were always in the hallways talking to residents, getting to know their guests and following up with maintenance issues, as a visitor they were very friendly. The new management is a dad and daughter I believe and the dad is never here, but the daughter looks 12 and sits in her office, watching Netflix, as it is senior living the unfriendly management always placing "do this or you will get an eviction" isn't conductive to their health or mind. I suggest taking 5 minutes of her "busy" movie day to greet her tenants she will learn a lot about them and know who needs the eviction warnings and who needs a written notice."
