Moda Highland Park Townhomes

"Fair warning: I do not live here, but I did try to schedule an appointment to tour. I had an appointment to tour 5 days ago, showed up to my appointment, only to be ghosted by the agency. I called several times to communicate with them, ask where they were, etc., and did not get a response. Later, I called after our scheduled appointment time (I waited the entire 30 minutes) to try and reschedule. I did not get a call back, but I did get a random email saying that I have a rescheduled appointment (with no time attached). I still have not received a call after almost a week. I can't imagine how unresponsive to tenants they would be if they won't even respond to someone trying to rent from them."

"I lived here for about 2 years and really enjoyed my neighbors, as well as the neighborhood. It's very spacious inside, you don't hear your neighbors, and the abundant windows allow for great Utah sunshine to come in. Snow shoveling/plowing was sporadic during heavy snows, so you had to figure it out on those days. My biggest complaint was while trying to leave and lack of response from the main office. Despite providing military orders to leave (month-to-month lease) more than 30 days out, I was still charged the "re-renting" fee for over $800 into the next month (deducted from your security deposit). It was a nice place to stay, but the end frustrations while moving across the country were too much to consider ever leasing with again. I hope others have a better experience if choosing this property to lease from."

"Absolutely the worst place in sugar house to rent from.This apartment is overpriced Can you imagine the noise and smell of the cars going by all day and all night? The cars don't just drive by, they brake for a light, then accellerate again including large buses. I cannot wait until our lease is up"

"My husband and I will be relocating to SLC in a few months and recently signed a lease with Moda Highland Park (MHP). We were a bit nervous at first, as we were going to have to sign for the place sight unseen, but the managment at MHP was and continues to be extremely helpful with this whole process. Bianca was very responsive when we reached out for further information and even showed us several units at two different properties via FaceTime. In addition, they were very accomodating regarding a flexible start date (delayed by two months) while still offering us their great move-in special. We have reached out to Bianca a few times since signing the lease, and she continues to respond to all concerns promptly and professionally. Based on our interactions with the management staff alone, we highly recommend this company! Very much looking forward to our new home in SLC - thank you, MHP!"
