I felt she answered all my questions, without acting like I'm wasting her time, or rushing me, walked me through all options available and even offered to give me a call if what I'm looking for becomes available."

"Scheduled an open house and didn't show me the house. Said I can wait for half hour as they have other tours. They emailed me about open house today, and I was there on time. When I complained to them on email, they started cribbing about it that if I had scheduled with them before. I said I came on Open house today, so they said but they had other tours already planned so they can't do Open house. If you do a mistake accept it, say Sorry and it's fine. Don't argue. It's your mistake, then fix it. Instead of cribbing."

"My family has been looking for a place to call home & we recently visited Station Five. We absolutely loved touring the property! The townhomes were super clean & adorable, we loved the little patios & the cute playground was a bonus for my kids! The manager Aili was super nice & helpful, she made us feel so welcome & even walked us through the application process. I’m proud to say that come March this will be my new home!"

"Living at Station Five was a nightmare. We lived there for 1 year and had more problems than we could count. Our basement flooded with sewage water 3 times, our ceiling leaked and maintenance took months to fix it, and we had multiple gas leaks. The house was filthy when we moved in. The management company is the definition of incompetent. Rebecca acts like she is nice and has your back, but in reality she is lazy and arrogant. She consistently bashed the old maintenance guy and management company, both of which we had no problems with, and said how she is so much better. Halfway through our lease, Station Five switched management companies. As soon as this happened, our rent mysteriously began to increase each month. By the end of our lease, our rent had gone up over $400 per month. When we confronted management about this, they consistently brushed it off and refused to give us an itemized receipt. The new terms of agreement violated the lease we initially signed. We were never given an updated or new lease, but were still required to follow the new “rules.” Station Five also refused to give us our security deposit back. Rebecca promised us that she “loves to give money back” and that if we left the apartment clean we would get our full deposit back. This was a lie. We left the place spotless, despite the filthiness we moved into the year before. Not only did she not give us our deposit back, she also charged us for “cleaning fees.” It took multiple months of fighting with Rebecca to finally get our balance cancelled out. Lastly, during our moving out process, we had removed all of our furniture and belongings and were in the process of cleaning and removing final items. We still had another week left in our lease, but because our apartment was empty they assumed we had left and they changed the locks. They had locked us out of our apartment, which we were still legally obligated to. I would not recommend living here. We wasted so much time and money dealing with unnecessary problems that should have been solved by management. The pictures show the basement leak and how dirty the house was when we moved in. UPDATE: I guess there was a change in management again and I assume Rebecca is no longer working at Station Five. About a month ago we got an email from Amanda who is the new manager. She was very nice and gave us our security deposit back in full, which we received yesterday."
