"Mitra was EXTREMELY helpful. He always made sure that my apartment and myself were taken care of! Even when he wasn’t helping me with maintenance he was super friendly! 10/10 customer service and satisfaction. Give Mitra a raise. HE DESERVES IT!!"
"The person living above would be banging around all night sounded like weights being thrown around. Me and my girlfriend would often hear a dog whimper and a girl crying so we told the front office multiple times and called the police but it kept happening so we had to move out. Also everything is always so dirty pool, hot tub, elevators, halls, gym it’s bad :("
"Crime ridden and unsafe. If you enjoy your car being broken into and management doing nothing about it, lease an apartment at Milagro. No security on the premises. Dirty gym. Dirty pool. Garage has no security on site. DO NOT lease an apartment here."
"Management is essentially useless, unless they're taking money from you. Tally, the manager, seems nice, while Colby, the assistant manager, is pretty rude. They always seem to have their hands tied when it comes to any requests like maintenance, and they're full of excuses. However, they are absolutely competent in charging you egregiously high fines for any little thing, like putting a box on the side of the common garbage can when the garbage got full. You could see the numerous papers in almost every apartment door for the fines sometimes. The apartments and amenities are nice, so if you're willing to pay unreasonable fees or ready to be an absolutely flawless resident, Milagro is for you!"
"Current resident - move here if you want your car to be broken into without any management liability or assistance unless you file a police report, or if you want to be charged unreasonable fines by the manager, or if you want to hear your neighbors loud noises at odd hours only for management to ask you not to do anything about it and to not have them do anything about it either, and lastly, though this is hard to control, to have your power and internet go out every-time there’s a storm of some sort. I really want Milagro to be a place I recommend but so far it’s been one disappointment after another. Outside of that, the assistant manager is wonderful, always willing to help , the manager not so much."
