Bookbinder Apartments

"Came by to look at an apartment. Chase was very inflexible and would not think outside of the box. Very by the book ( no pun ).Felt not welcome. Very uninviting. Chase eluded to having scheduled appointment with a couple that arrived precisely at the same time we came there. Appointments scheduled for 2:46pm? Offered to wait in the lounge waiting room area. Would not even let me or my partner in to wait patiently. Next door there is a huge state operated liquor store where criminally challenged congregate on certain days of the month. Concerned about safety about our vehicle as well as security of our apartment especially with wireless locks that can remotely open your entry door. This might be why rents are lower there especially given the small size of the units."

"My experience with Bookbinder so far has been incredible. Chase, the property manager, made everything SO easy and seemless. He always makes time for me. He goes above and beyond. For example, he helped me bring my groceries to my door yesterday - I've never had a property manager do that for me before. He is always so responsive and made the move-in process stress free. Everyone at Bookbinder is so nice. One of my new neighbors helped me move some of my furniture. It's a very welcoming environment. Finally, the price is super ideal and the cheapest I could find in the area. They included two month of free rent! I couldn't be happier with my choice to join the Bookbinder community."

"Great new apartment in downtown, Chase is very friendly and helpful and the apartments are built well. Good heating and cooling and noise from neighbors is not very noticeable. Having a private gym is an extremely nice amenity and I have 0 complaints after living here for a few weeks now. Security is also top notch and very friendly."

"UPDATE: I’m updating my review to include the on-site security guard, Danny. He is literally the sweetest human and always says hello/checks in with me. Danny rocks! I am super impressed with quite a few things about the Bookbinder, but Riley the manager has been the best! He is super helpful, very friendly, and helped me secure the exact apartment (and balcony) I wanted. Thank you, Riley!!"

"This place has been so great! Riley the property manager goes above and beyond to make sure all of the residents are in the loop about what's going on and making us feel valued as residents. He is so on top of things and I've never had to wait when there is an issue with anything. Top quality customer service. I love my apartment, the location is so convenient. I would say the only things are that the finishing work of the apartment was not superb, the construction crew did not do a good job of painting the baseboards or doing the caulking on the windows and doors. It's more of just a cosmetic detail though and doesn't affect the functionality at all. Also the fridge is not full size. It's fine for a single adult but would get tight if you had more people. I've had a great experience so far!"
