"Parking garage is amazing! My apartment is so spacious & so is the bathroom! I have my car but I love to walk to City Creek Mall and like to stop at a restaurant on my way back. I just tried the Southern food place nearby and enjoyed the Prime Rib Torpedo. Lots of places to eat and a coffee shop opening nearby! I love it!"

"I have lived at Casa Milagros for a year. I have had an excellent experience with the staff and most of the tenants. I have some awesome new friends and am enjoying the environment in the building and out. Walkability of the area is great. There are restaurants and entertainment within a short distance. Trax and the bus line is one block away which is great for me since I don't own a car. Raoul, is quick to respond to any maintenance issues. Catherine is always there to lend a helping hand. I couldn't be happier!"

"I moved in 2 weeks ago. The things I enjoy so far are the cleanliness of the hallways and clubhouse. There are conveinient rolling carts to bring in my groceries. I like being part of a senior community because its quiet. Security is really good. There is no way to physically get into the building if you don't live here. I was originally concerned about a criminal element due to the area but the area is being redeveloped and I see more businesses being built and have not had an issue."
