"Recently managment has really been slipping hard pest control and competancy. Pest control is getting so bad that the worst ive seen as of late was one of the residents had a rat chew into his house through a wall. Yes. CHEW INTO HIS HOUSE. Nevermind they have yet to have pest inspectors or pest control through the building and a s a result ill be ppsting the managerie of wild life ive found in the halls just walking hoke throught the apartment. Thats right this a shallow level look, if you can call it that. Dont wven get me started on the fact they cant even be asked to get ke i trouble right with the lease violations either likebfor cryingbout lud my 2 offenses were taking matters in my own hands and lighting up a bug bomb dealing with the pests, and harrassing kanagement. And these incompotent managwrs couldnt even be asked to onfract that right like ffs you had one damn job and couldnt even do that right"
"I have been in these apartments a few times. I like them. They are low income and have just the right amount of room to live in for a one bedroom and two bedroom. Also the outside of the place is well taken care of."
