Hilton Garden Inn Ogden UT

"It was fine be sure to ask for an exterior room, unless you want to feel like your on a cruise ship. The tiny window in our room looked out to a wall 10 feet away. Also to mention the lighting in the room was terrible so even with the window opened it was dark the entire time. There was nothing to watch then regular cable. No pay per view or movies. It was decent for a place to sleep but not romantic or resort like at all."

"I can't say this was a good experience. I stayed here for a few days for a family vacation in November. This place is falling apart. In our room, there was stuff growing on the ceiling in the bathroom, the desk was separating from the legs and barely standing, the drapes were missing and the curtains were partially broken, and the fireplace only worked sometimes and looked like someone used a sharpie to cover up where paint had chipped off. The hotel in general smelled bad in the lobby and dining area and the high chairs' buckles were broken. To top it all off, the room was about 85 degrees when we arrived and the AC took a few hours to get the room to 75. I think we'll look for a place up the canyon next time."

"Everything seemed nice at first, got any elevator and up to my floor second floor, the carpet is all peeling up off of the actual floor okay whatever, getting the room carpets peeling away from the tile as you go to the entrance, wallpaper peeling off of the wall, sunlight switches didn't do anything inside the room, weird holes in the ceiling that didn't make any sense, okay $300 for a room in Ogden, got completely harassed by the staff downstairs when I went down to get their Continental breakfast, I don't know where you've stayed in the world but I've stayed all over the place I've never paid for a Continental breakfast they wanted to charge $17.99 per plate it didn't matter what was on the plate for a buffet , every plate not matter what is that much, thats not a buffet. are you out of your freaking mind, we will never stay here again! This was a sweet we stayed in."

"Our room was surprisingly huge! The view of Ogden was beautiful from the gigantic window. The pool was nice. And the Garden Grille restaurant inside the hotel was fantastic! Definitely recommend staying here!"

"We rented a king suite and the room was extremely dirty. The couch and other seating in the room was visibly dirty/stained and still had food crumbs on it from the last person. When I pulled the bed sheet back there was a clump of hair in the bed. I asked for a new room but there were none available so we ended up just getting new bedding and extra sheets to drape over the furniture. I would definitely not walk barefoot in that room with how filthy the carpet was. The staff were friendly and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances."
