"Great housing place! Make sure you know what your getting into though as one of the buildings had Public restrooms and showers instead of ones in the bedrooms, there are stove tops out in the public areas that you can cook on I believe though."

"Be wary of the gushing rave reviews. The rooms at University Village are nice. Good size. Adequate amenities. BUT, if you need something fixed, it can take months for them to "get around to it". Their head honcho, Angie Betancourt is a nightmare. Think of that tyrant in the Handmaid's Tale and you have Angie. She will tell you she is there to help you with anything you need but don't be fooled. She is NOT your friend. She terrorizes the students living on campus with false charges that she makes up, intimidates the students living there with her menacing smile and her grumpy side-kick on his invisible leash as they go door to door looking for things to tack on your bill. She likes to bully anyone that she can. She's been allowed to do it for as long as she has been there and none of the management wants to hear about "sweet Angie". Which is unfortunate because the school is a good school and they have done a good job of being welcoming and supporting their students at school but the housing... Steer clear if you can. They have been known to give a 2 hour notice to move and could care less if that's an inconvenience to a student. They will ask students to move rooms, in the SAME apartment right after they have moved in. Or have students move across the halls vs just having people stay in the same place every semester...which would make things easier on EVERYONE. They like the power and control they have and they will make sure you know that you are the underdog living in THEIR compound. Not friendly. You're lucky if there are two activities all semester (so don't come here for socialization...as there is none). If you have an ESA, they will make you regret having to need one. Be prepared for false charges and harassment from Angie. It's a very isolating, stressful, and hostile environment. I wish Weber State cared more about the hostile environment that their students must endure to live on campus."

"Facility is well maintained and rooms are reasonable for the price. The issue? Housing. Several members of management are incredibly combative and unhelpful. Students last semester were not made aware of roaches in their dorms. While most of the regular staff are very helpful and friendly, none of the supervising members are. They’re out for your money and don’t care about you. Will not be returning to dorms. Sorely disappointed."

"Great housing for students, and student athletes! There are always activities going on where you can get to know more people. Kitchen is nice and the dishwasher is great. The lawn isn't edged, nor are there garbage cans outside of the apartments. But overall the place is kept neat and clean."

"Really nice new modern housing with quite a few different floor plans and room choices! The is really nice and it's it's right under the Wasatch mountain range! The grounds are really nice with a fire pit, BBQ pits, and volleyball court. They have an on-site cafeteria with some great food choices! It's a short walk to the football stadium and to classes! Really nice " live on campus" student housing!"
