"I am a current tenant, and I can tell you that this place is not the best: continually trash all over the place - in parking area, common areas, by the dumpster, in the laundry room, everywhere. The washing machine has been broken for over a month with smelly, putrid water stinking up the place. Tenants pay a sizable monthly maintenance fee, but the property managers do not adequately maintain the property. My apartment was dirty and smelly upon move-in. Look elsewhere."
