"I like it so far, except my apartment has a district cat smell. I've gotten used to it. The toilet is low flow, the sink is dinky and the shower head is too low and I'm not a tall person. I'm shorter than the average man and my head bumps into the shower head. I also chose my unit for the woodstove but they removed it before I moved in. Bummer."

"They have Mexican contractors working on the apartment at any time. early morning, afternoon, past 9 pm. even on weekends. When you contact the apartment they say it's an emergency, so they will work on the apartment any day/ any time. They will turn off water without notice all night long and time to time they don't even turn it back on because their Mexican contractors forget to turn it back on. When you contact them about it they will just tell you to wait till tomorrow. Internet connection is really bad because their internet cable is really old and never been replaced, so if you are back end of the apartment you won't get a good signal. says Comcast. People who run the apartments do not care how they run their business and always rude/disrespectable. They use their contractors to clear carpet and they have this really loud van with the machine. they will park right next to the window and refuse to go side of the building where they are not right next to the window. it's like they are built to say no just to say no when it's an easy fix. they will refuse any request and says just wait but never gets it fixed. I can't even remember how many times they turned off water without notice."

"Currently live here and we absolutely hate it! They will not fix anything for us and we tried having them fix our Toilet we called every day for 2 weeks and never got it fix. The Washer's and dryers hardley ever work and the water keeps getting shut off. The bathtub and sink are peeling Carpet seems are coming apart. The charge extra hidden fees and everything comes out to the dollar. Prices aren't true to what they should be. You are much better off to spend a little more and not waste your time here!"

"Mirador was recently bought out by another owner. The new owner is now trying to fix everything the previous owner ignored. I won't say I hate the new management, but I will say that the fixes have made the apartment nearly unlivable. They had to replace the water heater, so the residents have gone without hot water for nearly two weeks, while some days the water would be off entirely. The other real issue is the lack of management onsite."

"I would put no star if that was an option. My daughter and husband lived in these apartments for a year. IT was awful. They went with out hot water for over a month because they didn't believe them. They never removed ice from parking lot and they both fell. Repairs were never taken care of. Manager was nice when you talked to her, but never took care of stuff. When they moved out she told them it looked very nice. Later they recieved a noticed saying they wouldn't get deposit back and on top of that they got a bill to pay them more!!"
