"Lived here less than a year management sucks maintenance doesn't do their job and 95% of the people don't know how to stay out of your business hands down I wouldn't live here again and honestly there are better places that will better suit your needs"

"I lived here with my husband for 3 years; the first year was awesome! If we had a maintenance issue we get it solved in no time. Then came the second year and it feel upon new management. This management didn’t know what they were doing from the start of things. We had neighbors who would say how they keep getting ridiculous late fees and a lot of them left because of it. These neighbors paid on time and were good honest folks too. We were pretty stupid to stay when we did! We thought that maybe it was the neighbors bad luck. If it weren’t for rent assistance we would’ve moved indefinitely perfectly happy on a month to month contract; Then we signed it.time the time period of help from rent was got a ridiculous amount of fees that didn’t add up. We disputed to the landlord and they did nothing about it . We have had our fridge replaced because maintenance broke it (the fridge part broke then they guy came over…and completely broke the freezer part), we had plumbing issues where a shower was impossible and it took 5 days just to get it fixed by maintenance. When the fridge broke completely my husband had to argue with the land lord and it took three weeks to get a phone call on how much food they needed to reimburse. The last straw was a late fee that we were given when the land lord was okay with the rent being late. We had to go over them and it’s my guess we got her or him in trouble. We got a vacate notice to leave in two months and we decided to get the heck out. This isn’t a starter apt either! Management doesn’t know any English and they all speak Spanish. Beware of living here…I am so glad I am moving!"

"A bit older and not super pretty on the outside, but the inside is nice and it’s quiet... nice neighbors... great location with accessibility to a cute pond and places nearby... groceries, restaurants, weber state, hospital etc... office staff were also nice when going through rental application process."

"The price of the apartment was great. Located just off Harrison Blvd it was pretty quiet. However if you do not have an apartment facing the street (curb side appeal) it takes forever to get any upgrades. My apartment flooded twice, and maintenance is slow. My roommates ceiling started falling in and by the time it was actually fixed in had taken a few months and they had to come back once or twice after they had said it had already been fixed. A lot of the staff was not friendly or hard to understand. Apartments 31-40 I believe, the parking was a joke. I always had somebody in my spot and the one time I park on the end I get a towing notice."
