"It’s interesting to read some of the reviews that this place is great when it stinks and is not a very safe living environment for anyone! The security is a bully to people who can not defend themselves!! There are drugs being used in other rooms that are spreading into other rooms which makes people who are not using look like they are! Those that are incident living their days just to make it day by day are being blamed for things then kicked out for no reason! The health department really needs to come in and test the building the “HOLE BUILDING” for drug use because it is infected and it is terrible living conditions for our veterans they deserve better and those that want to live like that shouldn’t make those that choose not to use drugs and want to just live their lives in a safe environment be able to!! As well as the stage not selling drugs to the people living there as well!!"

"If you are a Veteran, either coming off the street or trying to get back on your feet, this is the best place to come. Period. The apartments are small but for a one person they are about right. The staff is very good. The VA (HUD/VASH) caseworkers are exceptional. Anything you need, they're ready to help. Maintenance guy (James) is beyond belief - he can fix anything! And, we have security ... they check everybody. I've been here for a couple years, even the Property Managers are nice (providing you abide the rules!)."

"This is my personal apartment build and well as the Housing Authority and Veterans Administration property for helping homeless Veterans. That said, the Housing Authority's onsite management representative Dan is friendly helpful, efficient and .. I just cant say enough good things about the place. I love it!!! If you need something they'll absolutely try to help. Its always full. Even though it's a year on the Lease Agreements, there are veterans who have been here 3 or 4 years. And still want to stay. Enough said in my book."
