"The managers at Orem Heights are nice, but a little too nice when it comes to dealing with loud neighbors who play their music which vibrates your entire floor and leads to having to call the cops twice and the managers multiple times(and they still didn’t get evicted). The apartments all need to be properly cleaned, fully renovated(by people that know what they’re doing the people they have now ,if they show up, don’t do a good job at all), and they need to get rid of all the bugs which includes an infestation of cockroaches."
