"Although the interaction and experience with the staff members was not really impressive or even Rising to the level of meaningful or even politely enough, I have to admit that the location is great, the hotel is decently decorated but at least the room was good and the bed was great, it was one of the better sleeps I ever had in quite a bit of time. The bet just made it all worth it."

"I just stayed after a crazy snow storm made my trip home too risky. I pulled off at the first Payson exit and was so glad that the Quality Inn was right there off the exit. The employee who sold the room was professional and quick. He was friendly but got the job done and didn't waste time. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had enough variety for my family. The price was great, but is higher online today then the day I was there, so it obviously varies. I would stay here again!"

"Pretty low-quality room. Looked like someone used a permanent marker to scribble all over the floor and the management decided not to repair it. The shower looked a bit cavernish. No tub, not that I wanted one but seriously? Nowhere to put your soap, etc. My goodness, I could go on and on, the mattress, the crumbs still under the bed table...Anyway, I had to stop near the city because I was driving a long distance and got tired so all I can say is that I'm thankful they had a room at 12:30 a.m."

"BED BUGS $$$$ Was there for 6-8 hrs to notice rm 115 was infested with bed bugs. The night auditor offered to switch me rooms I declined. She mentioned the family that was there 12 days prior never mentioned issues with bed bugs. Implied it was me because I travel. I checked when I came in and didn’t see anything, they came out in the middle of the night. The bed closest to the bathroom was filled with bed bugs different ages. They came out on my backpack and clothes that were in other bed. I only started looking because a dark red/brown adult was crawling up bathroom wall in the middle of the night when I was going to the bathroom. I left my information with the auditor and asked the manager to reach out to me because I had to leave in the middle of the night out all of my belongings in black bags waited for Home Depot to open to buy products and alter laundry and buy new items to ensure I didn’t spread or take them with me. It is now Tuesday of the next week no word from the hotel from last Thursday. They checked me out didn’t charge me but I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I would be cautious of this and plan to report this incident with my pictures and findings to the Utah county health department"

"AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! There was a gym and the weights were amazing!! Same with the clerk she was very nice! Room was damp and wet like a swamp which is amazing and the drunkened neighbors were very friendly! The breakfast had a nice tint of a green substance which was unknown but it tasted very good. There were a bunch of these woman that wanted money from me for a “good time”?? Whatever that means. Tim was very pleased. But overall a great experience"
