The Residence at South Haven Farms

"This place is looks nice and new, but that is where it stops. It is so noisy, you can hear your neighbors having conversations through the paper thin walls. And your upstairs neighbors sound like they are in your apartment. You can hear them getting in and out of bed and walking around. Almost like they are wearing lead shoes. You can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING! From the the neighbors around you. They can say they pick up all the dog poop, but I have stepped in dog poop so many times. The dog trash receptacles are so full, you can’t throw anything in them. You think ok maybe they will empty it tomorrow, nope still full. There is no smoking on the premises, but yet I can smell my neighbor smoking pot out on their balcony. I am unfortunately stuck until my lease is up. Ugh!"

"Apartments have been good. Hoping for the pool to be done by this summer as that's a big reason why I selected this complex. The grounds are about messy, but overall no big complaints."

"If you plan to go outside or have any pets here, I advise looking elsewhere. We can’t take a step off the pavement without stepping in poop, scratch that there’s poop on the pavement too. We brought it to managements attention months ago, and are assuming nothing was done. In order for our dog to have a place to go, we were forced to have to pickup all of the other dogs poop as well. We were told people would be fined if they didn’t pick it up, guessing no one is being fined. Before we moved in, it was still under construction.. so there wasn’t many people / grass / dog parks for us to realize the poop problem. Before you sign a lease, take a walk around the whole area, to see for yourself. Other than that it has been a great place. The apartments are nice. Just wish the outside was taken care of. The maintenance staff has been kind."

"I've lived in multiple apartment complexes and this is by far the best one. The office staff were super helpful and made the move in process super easy. The apartments themselves are beautiful, clean and welcoming. I had a minor issue with my door lock being stiff and the maintenance staff was super quick at fixing. So far its been a 10/10 experience definitely better than anywhere else I've rented."
