"Cockroachs! I've never seen a cockroach in Utah until here! Management is strict if your late at all they will quickly add late fee with interest. If god forbid you have too or want too break your lease they have their own team of lawyers and you will he sued beyond your comprehension. My bfs daughter lived here I would call her place a cockroach infestation. My bf lived here it was a mild cockroach problem. Let's get too the fireflies. In the summer fireflies come out of the walls, windows, and thru the door. So many you will be picking them off your body. The management did not care and did nothing too help with this problem. No spraying nothing. For the months of July thru September u just get too live with thousands of firelies. High rent. For rent this high you can at least get a place with washer dryer hookups inside the unit. Not have too walk too the laundry room and pay for/get ripped off by their poor working washers and dryers. This place is an all around disaster to live in and a disasterous management too deal with. I wouldn't recommend this place too somebody I hated."
