"Don’t live here if you value your sanity, safety, and money. Your vehicle will probably get broken into, crashed into, attempted to be stolen, or vandalized with dirt or sharpie. This place reeks of cigarettes and is constantly filthy. There’s litter and broken glass everywhere. Also there will be loud music until 2 am. No one picks up the emergency maintenance number. While living here over the span of two years the toilet exploded(before that happened we kept putting in maintenance requests of it not flushing well and making noises but we were told that’s not important), half of the power to the apartment just stopped working(they actually picked up the emergency number for this one and said it wasn’t an emergency but legally it was), the fridge stopped working(this one took weeks to fix), the heat stopped working(took weeks to fix too) , and the AC never really worked. Your electricity bill will be insanely high from the AC running constantly trying to cool down your apartment. The apartment complex also fails to notify tenants within 24 hours when they’re doing maintenance that shuts off the water and electricity. There’s so many fees. One is paying for a trash valet that doesn’t pick up the trash. And you’re not allowed to take your own trash out. The apartments are cheaply renovated. The cabinets don’t line up and the floor will be warped. These are just a couple things."

"The maintenance left a large hole in my ceiling when working on the plumbing (aka trying to fix a leak that we reported years ago). After the first night a mouse fell through. I tried putting cardboard up but, the wall was so damaged. I had to call their emergency line and have the maintenance person come put a board over it. Which he did, but it should have been done in the first place. When I wrote the apartment building about the issue, they were very condescending. However they said they would take care of the mice problem. This isn’t the first infestation I’ve had here. Stay far away. If I could get out I would. Also, the apartment is ALWAYS littered with trash. I’ve posted some pictures of the disasters I’ve had to deal with regarding this apartment. Not to mention the mice and bed bugs!"

"Management is excellent! Seriously the best managers working to make all good with tenants! However, every day is like frogger getting out of the facility. This is the outcome tonight of the dangerous intersection entrance every time you exit home and return home your life is at risk. There needs to be a light here with the number of units. The owner should definitely take responsibility to make this a safer environment."
