"10/10 recommend amenities are amazing here internet service included trash picked up at your door washer & dryer in unit also close to everything and downtown Ogden as well! Ariel & Jon are the absolute best I have been here since 2021 and they are the best Management team that has come to Chloe’s Pointe. They really care about our community here and are on top of everything. No extra fees very honest & understanding too! Happy to have signed another year lease this year."

"This is for my Right Hand Man, Jon. I could not run this place by myself. Jon embodies the Ethos of New Earth Residential to the T. He greets every person he meets with a glowing smile, goes above and beyond to offer support to anyone who needs it, is kind, caring, passionate, and phenomenal with systems! If I delegate something to Jon, he is enthusiastic about it and on the ball! He is typically wrapping up a task or has just completed it by the time I follow up. Jon leaves no stone unturned when it come to vetting new partners to keep Chloe’s Pointe safe, secure, beautiful, and up to standard. He even takes over the dirty jobs that he sees me doing so I can be more comfortable. Recently, he saved us months of time and hundreds of dollars by learning how to patch and resculpt the detail work in our custom doors. Jon is a joy to work with and a true team player. He always greets a challenge with enthusiasm and positivity! Thank you for keeping Chloe’s Pointe beautiful and comfortable for all of our residents!"

"They were AWESOME! I wasn't able to live here but I wish I could have. The management was wonderful. The best part about this place is you won't have a ton of extra charges every month on top of rent. They provide it all in a nice comfy package and you pay electricity and THATS IT! The apartments are beautiful and I love the double entrance to the balcony from the bedroom AND the living room. So many opportunities for plants! The view was great as well. Having the washer and dryer in unit is a major plus. I wish I could afford it but in the end, I wanted more in savings so I went to a place that wasn't as nice for a bit cheaper. Hopefully in a year or two I can make the move! I know this kinda looks like a fake comment but I promise its not. I have never left a review on google before but they totally deserve it:) If it's in your budget, live here. They're awesome and it's so close to downtown Ogden as well. They'll even help you move your furniture in. Genuinely awesome people:))"

"0 customer service. DO NOT RENT HERE. BEWARE. Believe all the bad ratings. They are true. When I first spoke with them they were very nice, but when it was apparent that my hold on the apartment, not a lease mind you, would need to be canceled because our business contract did not go through, they never returned my calls ever. I have 9 calls into them and at least as many emails. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR with these people. Nice place, no customer service. They keep sending me these emails saying your move is happening soon, but when i try to contact them by message or call all I get is crickets. Renting use to be so much easier. These people are out to take your money, not to rent you a space, and have no intent to play fair. Can't imagine what it would be like trying to get something broke in one of their units fixed. DO NOT RENT HERE. If this doesn't work, my next action is the better business bureau. They better contact me."
