"Very poor experience here. Have been living here for years and can attest to the lack of managing and communication between Jordan Station and their tenants. They neglect listening and empathizing their customers and tenants. My partner and I have spoken with the manager a few instances, however, it has made us uncomfortable to continue doing so as the manager continues to speak to us in an unprofessional demeanor, raise their voice at me a couple times now which does not make me comfortable to be live here. I would not recommend living here if I had the option of doing so"

"Walls are a bit thin but honestly, this is a complex what do you expect? No, you can't hear your neighbors talking in the unit next to you or above you. The inside hallways of the building are clean and kept nice plus the smell is pleasant. I'm in a 1b1b, it's spacious, looks great inside. Makes me feel like a condo level living. If these were condo's I'd seriously consider buying. Two gyms, one is 24/7 and the other closes at 10pm. The row machine doesn't turn on and some of the treadmills don't work there are some that do so not a terribly big deal. Two common rooms and a meeting room that's very spacious. I find myself in there more than I thought taking business calls and just working. Some use it for university studies. I've never had an issue with availability. All who have used it have been super nice with me. I absolutely appreciate all of the buildings having elevators. The front office staff are top notch! For those who don't have a good experience with them I'd say it's in part due to how you treat them. They're people. You treat them with respect and they'll fall over backwards to help you. They are great to work with and talk to in passing. There's not assigned parking unless you're in the garage (currently on a wait list) . I've never had an issue finding parking. This complex is a jewel amongst the rest. I'm a transplant from AZ and I've looked at a lot of places before finding this community. All of the other communities fail in comparison. Upgraded appliances and counter tops, great flooring and carpeting, parking is not an issue, front staff are amazing! Come, take a look, smile and be happy. This is a great place to reside."

"The best apartments I guarantee you that. I have never rented before it is my first time but I have lived in other rented apartments. Jordan Station apartments are on point first of most Management which that’s very important than the staff, maintenance, very organized and supportive LGBTQ friendly pet friendly friend friendly. The neighbors are very nice and respectful. Jordan Station would keep you updated with everything that’s going on. Their pools and hot tub on the top roof are great very clean with such a beautiful view that I enjoy very much watching a sunset.Ive been living here for almost two years and counting I love it. Thank you Jordan Station for giving me a beautiful place that I call it my home."

"I am writing this review after staying here for past 3.5 months. I am liking this community very much. Apartments are very nice, spacious and with amenities like in unit washer dryer, full equipped gym, pool etc. Bathroom and balcony are spacious as well. You have on premise open or covered parking. There are two dog parks which are very helpful for the pet owners. Though I found a children park would be nice addition to the community. The overall cleanliness of the place is good, but there are scope of improvements in cleanliness. The front office staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful. But the rent is definitely on the higher side."
