"Leasing office management is not taking any efforts to make community happy. The location of the community is excellent which is the main reason people stay here & tolerate them. Things goes well till you decide to move out. And then right from the maintenance to the office guys start looking for the points where they can charge you & make money. We requested to use empty open parking spot to temporarily park Upack POD near our apartment. But the lady Gabrielle, didn't allow it & asked to rent reserved parking spot & pay for another 2 months. So they asked to pay for 60 days for the spot which we wanted to use for 2-3 days. We were charged for many items which we checked & ensured its working & in good condition before moving out. But we were charged for stuffs like Patio Door Balancing, Kitchen faucet replacement, blown light bulbs which we had specifically checked before we moved out. We moved to another state so we couldn't verify if that's true which means they have free hands to charge what they want. Existing tenants Beware! Please check online price of your apartment on website before renewing. Gabrielle called me & said that they are giving special price for existing tenants to extend lease for same price as we are paying. We didn't renew as we were moving out. When I checked website the actual price for my apartment was $100 less than what I was paying... Was it a Special Deal? You can stay here as long as you are ready to deal with them at the Moveout...."
"Although the initial move-in process went smoothly, I'm currently feeling a bit unsupported, especially given that I'm new to the country. It would have been helpful if the staff had informed us about the reserved parking and the possibility of our car being towed if parked incorrectly. Unfortunately, no such information was provided during move-in, and we also didn't receive any notice. As a result, our car was towed by a third-party service, and I ended up paying a fee unnecessarily."
"We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out. The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months. One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue. I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary."
"Do not move here. The winter is a nightmare. They never plow the complex until mid-afternoon. When we moved out, they charged us so many extra fees. They told us it is mandatory to wash the carpets and paint. They don't mention this in the contract. We paid an extra $800 in fees and did not receive our security deposit back. I never had this problem with any apartment complex in the past. When you call the office for answers to your questions, they either seem to almost avoid answering it or just can't answer it. We also had 3 or more power outages last winter."
"I loved in this place for two years, it was so sad to leave because it was a great place. The amenities were great, the apartments were cozy. Something super outstanding is the maintenance team, they will always wave at you when they saw you and they are super nice people. For my final day as well Landon was so helpful! He’s awesome."
