"If I could give 0 stars I would. We drove a long way to come and tour these apartments or at least get information on it but the staff in the clubhouse just looked at us like deer in headlights and said to check online. They even had their dog sitting in the doorway barking for people to go away. Incredibly unprofessional. We gave other options asking for any brochures of pictures, pricing etc. They just said to go to the website. We already checked the website hence why we're here to check out the community and in talk in person. I have a feeling it's just they wanted to go home early with their buddies waiting in the hallway. I'm just glad we saw all this BEFORE we applied to live here with staff like this. Don't live here or even try! They're not hospitable at all."

"I have lived at the gateway apartments for a year and a half and the management is great. Super friendly and understanding! The maintenance is quick to fix things and also very friendly! Garrett helped us today and I'm very grateful!"

"I have lived here for over 10 year and never had a problem with the Danielle. She’s the best manager. Alway willing to help if you need it. Just follow the rules, keep your apartment clean & pass instructions. And if I need something fixed Shane always fixes it with no problems. Time to be adults people!! 100% refer this place!!"

"Lived there for over 8 years, left my apartment very clean with no damage above normal wear & tear (I patched every hole in the wall) but apparently in Tooele, the tenant is somehow responsible to pay for normal wear & tear such as cleaning (even if you clean everything), painting the walls, carpet cleaning & replacing the corroded tub stoppers that were there upon move-in (noted on my move-in checklist). So just be aware that you're "refundable deposit" is not technically refundable."

"Overall, this is an excellent place to live, they worked with us on our rent when my father passed, and they worked with us when we decided to buy a home, and helped us immensely when we first moved in. If you talk to them, keep your apartment in good order you won't have any problems. We lived on the end of the apartments next to 200 W, it would be loud in the evenings because teens would speed down that street, nothing the apartments could have done about that. The staff was always helpful and would put out notices to remind all residents of the rules, we had a problem with owners not picking up after their dogs. We also had a string of a few car burglaries, the staff told us to report it to them and the police. We had an incident of three children throwing rocks and the manager was able to help us report the incident to the police and provide information without giving up other tenant information. The apartment was in great condition, and we did our best to meet the requirements laid out. If you follow the rules and do as they ask you will be perfectly fine. The manager had two pet peeves, broken blinds, and burnt drip trays, I have to admit I agree with her, broken blinds look tacky and fire alarms going off at all hours are not good. The rooms in the apartments were large, the bathrooms had lots of storage space and the kitchen was adequate for the three of us. The stove and fridge are on the small side but worked properly. We didn't have to call maintenance often, but when our furnace went out the repairs were done immediately, and it was a Sunday evening. Would highly recommend Tooele Gateway Apartments"
