"Property manager and maintinence man are in a relationship and living on site of the property they look over, corporate could care less. That speaks for itself. If this is still up regardless of the companies replies than the issue has not been fixed. The the "owner" of lakeview its simple bring accountability to your company and its management stop making excuses and take action. That simple. You wont though my mold ridden bathroom speaks for itself."

"This apartment complex has great management, however, the tweaker run the place. They roam through the halls, stand in front of doors, they followed me into my apartment, they are constantly parked in front clearly getting high on substances, and no one seems to care. Nothing is done. I’ve been here for a very long time. But theese people are always roaming around the whole complex on drugs hi as a kite, I’m so tired of it I’m to old to try and do somting to find new piece of heart, they don’t care bout us, just be prepared for drugy people drinking and smoking and your halls and the managers not doing anything,not worth a dime, get wat you pay for"

"It's unbelievable how bad my family and I have been treated. We've lived at Lake view for about 4 years, & the current manager has for reasons unknown to us, has decided we are her next victims. After paying our increased rent payment, we had received a eviction notice the following day. On said notice she clamed we owe 300 more. We paid it also. The day after that we got another eviction notice. This time we was shocked to see we was being evicted for reasons not only false but slanderous. Accountability needs to be addressed on this issue. Our family is facing homelessness based on lies. It's a shame that a person can conduct themselves like this without consequences."

"Kristina was very nice however I didn't feel that she or the company she works for are very honest people. She had told me that if I pay a $200 fee to hold the apartment I'd get it back if I wasn't approved because she "knows how important the money is to get it back". I wasn't approved due to not having evidence of money that was split between my soon to be ex husband & myself. When I called to find out when I could come get my $200 back she told me I couldn't because it was passed a 72 hour deadline of being approved for the apartment. During the month long waiting period, she rarely contacted me other than needing paperwork for the split money. I honestly feel like I was scammed out of the money I put down to hold the apartment. Please be aware of this rule as she may not tell you the whole truth."
