"The apartment is quite complete and beautiful. I liked the space and the amenities, but there are some points that left me quite upset. The first one is the lack of a strict rule regarding dog feces. I lived on the ground floor and couldn't even stay on my balcony during the summer because the smell was horrible. Also, the period during which the pool was open was disappointing, as it closed in September when it's still hot. Another issue is the management. I have nothing against Danielle; I like her a lot as a person. However, I was upset to arrive at the apartment on August 8, 2022, with all my belongings, my husband, and my daughter (as agreed in contract), only to be told to come back on the 10th because the apartment wasn't ready to receive us. We had to plead with them to let us in that day, and after much insistence, they managed to arrange it. This other point wasn't exactly their obligation, but the way it was handled bothered me. We moved out before the end of the lease, and we were planning to cover the costs until the final date. However, when they found out we weren't living there anymore, they started asking for the apartment key by the end of that month because they wanted to expedite maintenance and rent it out as soon as possible. The justification was that the waiting list for renting apartments was very long. I said I would keep the key until the end of my lease, but they insisted and said they could waive the March rent if they rented it out before. Result: We handed over the key, but they didn't do the maintenance. Now they are advertising our apartment for rent after the end of our lease. If it was going to be like this, why insist so much on getting the key earlier if it was only going to be listed later? We feel extremely deceived, and I bitterly regret bringing three families of friends to these apartments. I hope they are having a good experience because I confess that I am ashamed to have recommended and let them go through these problems."
"The manager Danielle is rude. The maintenance man Matt does no maintenance. I went three weeks without a toilet because the manager and maintenance man said that it was not a necessity. At a rate of $1,900 a month . They cannot keep the swimming pool nor the hot tub functioning."
"Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to live. The apartments are way overpriced, the pool is never open, the ceiling leaked into our kitchen, the oven broke and they never fixed it, the A/C is deafeningly loud, the management let's themselves into your apartments without so much as knocking, and and a bunch of kids go around beating people's windows with sticks at 2 AM and the management does nothing about it. The place was also dirty when we moved in yet they're trying to charge us a thousand dollars on top of all our deposits for "cleaning fees." I haven't even mentioned all the hidden fees they try and sneak in. You really couldn't do worse than this place. Update: an email was sent to management about everything in this review, as well as the details of how much of a deeply unhelpful and unpleasant person the property manager Danielle is. Its been a week so far and there has been no response."
"Overall this is a good place to live. There will always be negative and positive for anything. It all depends on what you chose to look at. I enjoyed my building. 3/2 and the people were generally nice. Fixed my issues quickly. They did install a new pet park and gas grill, those are nice. I would recommend this apartment complex."
"Had an end of summer party the staff was absolutely amazing! They really care for the resident and keep the apartments clean and the upkeep on these apartments. The new pet park looks 100 times better than before. Thank you to the cove employees for the end of summer party it was a ton of fun to meet new people."
