"They treat us residents like we are all stupid fools. They don't have the material for maintenance. Haylee the manager makes up lies and thinks all of the residents believe her lies. I've never met a resident that was happy here. Their turn over rate is outrageous."

"The apartment itself was fine. They come down on you for a lot of silly rules of what can be on your porch which is a little strange because it took them a long time to paint over offensive words that was carved into our door prior to move in. However, my biggest complaint would be that they didn’t shovel snow. Ever. That is usually one of the perks of living in an apartment. I only complained because our parking spot was behind the building behind ours. So usually we would take the sidewalk but that wasn’t doable in 3 feet of snow that NEVER got shoveled. Their excuse was that they didn’t legally have to because we could walk through the parking lot (having to walk around 2 buildings)… which is crazy to me. I go to work in the morning when it’s dark and I had a baby in a car seat, a little boy, and a daughter with autism. They don’t care. They didn’t offer any kind of solution at all except they put bags of salt out for us to put salt down. With how much you pay, I think property maintenance should be a thing. It wasn’t terrible though. Those are our only complaints but we knew we only had to stay there a year. The front office people are nice. They just don’t care but I think there is only so much they have control of."

"Just moved in and the paint job is trash. Talked to the front desk lady about it and she just nodded her head and didn't offer a resolution. Wish I would've known before signing a lease!!!! 2 months in!!! Just found out all of our mail has been getting forwarded back to the sender because management is so lazy that they didn't even let the post office know that new tenants lived here. Just got done talking to the mail lady about it. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Im telling you I would rather live at the Kirk hotel than this garbage place. 3 monthes in!!! Soooo we just had a major snow storm and nothing was shoveled! It's day 2 of the storm and they are just letting it pile up, no salt and no shoveling. I'mma sue if I fall I swear lol. 8 months in! My girlfriends car got shot up and now they close the pool weekdays at 5. So if you have a job don't plan on swimming during the week! It just gets worse and worse"

"We have been living here with my wife since the place opened and not only is it getting more expensive but service keeps getting worse and worse with time. 6 days ago there was a snow storm that brought around 13 inches of snow. The apartment complex has not cleaned the sidewalks at all, at this point the snow has turned into ice from all the people walking on it. I wonder how elderly people or people with disabilities get in and out of their apartments. Walking my dog has been a nightmare since I’m constantly sliding all over the place. I wonder if they are giving some sort of discount for people leaving good reviews. Everyone I have talked to that lives here hates the way they manage the place. It seems like all they care about is the money and not the well being of their tenants. Attached picture was taken 6 days after snow storm"

"They are a joy to work with! This is mine and my two roommates first apartment and they were so incredibly patient and willing to help how they could. Kristina was our agent and you can just tell she shared in our excitement for getting into the place. For the amenities and the floor plan, the prices are worth it. But the service you get makes any doubts or second thoughts on it dissolve. Highly recommend checking this location out. It is beautiful and very convenient for getting to town. BTW, not a bot. Simply an over excited adult child that gets relieved with having good service experiences."
