"I’ve lived at Paperbox for about a year now and have to say I’ve really enjoyed it. The staff has always been very nice and helpful. Ben especially is incredibly kind and goes out of his way to help you and show he cares. The very few issues I have had while living here have always been taken care of promptly and taken very seriously. For being a relatively new apartment complex, the staff is very professional and that’s great. It’s also a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood to live in which was surprising to me. Thanks for all you guys do!"

"This place has its quirks, but the community pretty much makes it all worth it! I love my neighbors and the staff is super helpful. The maintenance supervisor, Ben, is the glue that holds the place together! He knows every single resident by name (and their dogs too!) and is constantly going out of his way to ensure comfort, safety, and quality around the building."

They go above and beyond, promptly addressing any concerns and ensuring a seamless living experience. From day one, McCall was extremely helpful with getting us into the right space for our needs. She is super easy to reach out to, and whenever you have concerns or need something worked out, she is there to help. Ben is an exceptional maintenance supervisor; he was introduced to me the day I moved in and has been there for all my maintenance needs. It's always great to bump into him in the middle of the day; he consistently wears a smile. I can truly tell from all he does that this place runs cleanly and smoothly, thanks to him. "Just recently moved out of this place. It was amazing, I couldn’t recommend it enough. Definitely worth what you pay but they did have a rent increase if I released, which is why I decided to go. The management (Brook and McCall) in the leasing office are very nice and straight forward. One thing I appreciated a ton was when brook called to let me know that I needed to give them a written 60 day notice. If she didn’t I would’ve forgot and been charged late fees. They also delivered mini baskets of candy to everyone’s door on Halloween which was very kind. As far as maintenance Ben was my absolute favorite, he was always around to help me out when I needed, and when I did need something he made it his TOP priority. You can tell that he genuinely loves his job and wants to make all of the tenants happy. Great guy. The vending machine car lift. For what it is it’s very convenient and I didn’t have to worry about my car getting broken into or door dings while it was parked. Needed a bit of maintenance but I was always able to get my car when I needed"

He’s gone out of his way to help me out with moving in which has been incredibly helpful. Not only that, he’s a familiar face that is always friendly which helps people moving in feel comfortable and welcoming. Our leasing team, Brooke and McCall, make everything straightforward and simplistic. With their professional and friendly approach, people looking for a place to live figure out very fast how helpful and knowledgeable they are.
