"This place sucks! Property management sucks! They're so unorganized they lost my renters policy and charged me $90.00! I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone! My car got towed because I parked in the electric car parking as 3 other non electric cars are sitting there! I have to pay 300 to get my car back! There's never any parking! Was told I was getting a garage back in December and still don't have one! Well now that I have to pay to get my car back I'm in trouble with my employer and I'll be short on my bills!"

"Stay well away from this apartment complex. My self and my partner have been living in this complex for almost 10 months now and it is absolutely miserable. From the onset the complex looks nice until you start living in it. Things go down hill very fast. The stairwells smell like urine and dog feces. The apartment itself hosts a wealth of issues. The "wooden" flooring is rubber and when you lean anything on it especially if it's warm it leaves a shape of what ever you you put there. after 10 months of living here and heat rising our couch is pretty much fused into the spot that it was placed and as a result when moving the couch the "wooden" flooring in this "luxury" apartment rolls up and tears. Bathroom- has had a flashing light in there for 10 months now maintenance told us to change the bulbs which is not the problem as it is still flashing. It's like walking into a night club going in there. The baseboards in our kitchen have not been attached to the kitchen so are just laying on the floor since we moved in. Doors are literally wafer thin the handles have fallen off multiple times and we were told by maintenance that the doors were cheap and break easy. One of the maintenance guys even said that the company wouldn't give a new door after our handle came off 3 times prior they were just going to put the handle on the door lower down then where it previously sat. Our patio had over a six inch gap from the wall and when I leant on it it went forwards we were told at first that they wouldn't do anything about it because it wad " up to building code" but after calling multiple times a maintenance person came and brought a hook to fix it . it looks terrible what did because it was done in a rush and the patio gate had no way to bind to the wall. Patio constantly has rubble on it from somewhere, doesn't feel safe to walk on and the sloppy builders left nails all over it. There are mice, cockroaches and a whole host of wild life in these buildings it's truly disgusting how unkempt this place is. Floors / walls so thin that you can hear your neighbour's talking , coming up the stairs and walking around their apartment. Never Ever any parking in front of your own building because there is a set jukber of spaces available unless you want to payfor a garage so be prepared to walk from another part of the complex if you come home past 6 pm. Fan in our second bathroom constantly making a loud clicking sound when ever it's windy not just annoying loud it's disruptive loud to the point that it feels like someone is in the house. The left side of the apartment is freezing cold so irrespective of having central heating on we had to buy a separate heater for our child's room. Windows have paint and dirt all over them. You can see where they painted over dirt in the apartments. Oh and by the way the apartments have only been painted with primer by the looks of things which would explain the dusty look of them. Air conditioning works when it wants to. The apartments are crooked so once you place your furniture in your home looks a bit slanted. We don't like asking the maintenance team for help because they seem to take things personally when we explain the issues we are faced with and they never really have a solution for anything we always get told " it's pretty normal" . Also we were told by maintenance it's our job to change the filters in the ac unit outside in a locked closet that we don't have access too under lock and key following a time where the pipes on our unit were frozen solid. At what point is this managed property??? Paying over 2000 in rent to get told all these issues are normal is not right. No elevators in this complex either moving in is absolute chaos and moving out especially when you can't park anywhere. If I was able to close out my lease without having to pay I would because I can honestly say this is the worst apartment complex I have lived in especially in utah. I have taken screenshots of this post because last time they reported it and it got taken down ill repost if removed."

"DO NOT RENT HERE! Don't believe any of the good reviews here, they happen to pop up right after bad reviews get posted to keep their rating up as much as they can. Here are some of the MANY issues we've had since moving in. They advertise these apartments as luxury apartments but they are falling apart. Door knobs are held on with super glue so we've had to have them fixed multiple times. The wood from inside the door where the knobs is, is falling apart. Maintenance even told us it's because the doors are so cheap that this is happening in most the apartments. The baseboards in the kitchen were never attached to anything and fall off every single day. When I vaccume what looks like cement comes out from under the baseboards. And not just small pieces. Big chunks. The kitchen cabinets are so cheap that I have to clean my pots and pans before I use them because they are covered in what looks like sand covering everything because the cabinets are falling apart. I vaccume them often, but somehow everytime I get a pan out there's more. There are roach , mosquito and mice infestations. If you're like me and have a fear of bugs, living here is a nightmare. Our A/C during the summer sometimes works, sometimes doesnt. We were told because we are on the top floor we are lucky that we can ever get it to 70 degrees. We've never had this problem at any other apartment. There are holes around every door punched through the walls. Who knows why they are there. Every corner of every wall in every room has built up dirt that was painted over. The bottoms of the doors, door jams and some baseboards are swollen under the paint. It looks like the wood they used was standing in water and was damaged at the bottom but they still used it. Our dryer doesn't work. Someone from the company they bought them from came out and said we need a new venting system because the current one doesn't work. Our maintenance guy came and cleaned out the vent even though there was nothing in there. The dryer still doesn't work no matter how many times we run it we have damp clothes. The walls are paper thin. We are on the top floor, and because the walls are so thin and hollow we can hear our downstairs neighbors running around as if they were above us. We can hear our neighbors conversations from across the way. There really is no privacy here, your neighbors will here everything you're doing, and you will hear them too. The floor is soft and rips up whenever we move our furniture. Our furniture also sinks down into the floor. The flooring also doesn't go from wall to wall completely, so in the bathrooms you can see the subflooring underneath. The lights in the bathroom have been strobing since we moved in. Maintenance said we needed to change the bulbs and never even came to look at it. Well, 9 months later and they are still strobing. Besides all this stuff the apartment was built in such a hurry. Everything is crooked, the walls are slanted, the windows are painted, and whatever they used to 'paint' the walls drips off when I wipe it with a rag. We hate calling maintenance when we have problems because they seem so annoyed whenever we tell them something is wrong. The only nice person in the office here is Jacqueline. If we could break our lease without being charged we would. We have been completely miserable since the day we moved in. Save yourself the time and don't bother with coming here!!"

"Living in a new apartment is nice, however- they were advertised to us, and a big selling point, with cement flooring to help with noise and unfortunately, that was a lie. We can hear our neighbors’ conversation, new born baby cry, music, and all of them walking/running/stomping on the floors. It sucks they lied because it was a big reason why we moved here. If you are to move, get the top floor with no one above you."

"My friends live here and i was considering getting a place here. But I would not recommend. Electric is not good. Office says they will do things and don’t. Trash doesn’t get thrown in the dumpster but by it and nothing is done. Parking is an utter joke. For a brand new complex you would expect better. One of the doors to the building has a broke window for nearly 2 weeks now that hasn’t been fixed… very disappointing."
