Coppertree Apartments

"Coppertree apartments has by far been the BEST complex I have ever lived in. Anytime I've asked for things to be fixed or replaced the response times has been amazing. In other complexes, I've had too wait for at least a week. Not at coppertree! If I was not moving our of state, I don't see me ever leaving. Rent is aforable and size is unbeatable. Lori and Josh has made my last renting experience memorable!"

"We moved to Utah from out of state and were very nervous about renting an apartment without seeing it first. However, this complex exceeded our expectations! Lori was SO great to work with and made the transition very smooth. Josh was on top of any maintenance needs we had. Our fridge started making a loud banging noise and with the help of Lori and Josh we were able to get a new one within a day! The rent was very affordable and we loved our neighbors! It’s a super great place to live!"

"In January of 2021 I moved to Utah for my job and this was my first time living alone without roommates. From the time I first spoke with Lori on the phone inquiring about an apartment to getting my keys, it was truly a blessing. Anytime I had questions concerns or needed any type of help my my apartment. Lori was extremely help and got back to me instantly! Also the handy men that were around were extremely wonderful and kind. Lori made this pivotal point in transition so wonderful and so easy she truly made me feel welcomed. I recommend these apartments whole heartedly they are beautiful, well kept, and extremely wonderful with all the amenities they offer!"

"The Coppertree Apartments are the worst place to live, the apartment manager Lori does not care about her tenants what so ever. When you call her to let her know what's wrong she gets major attitude and says what do you want me to do about it? She also says she will send them right over and it takes them 2 hours and that happens only because she does not tell them. Also we have ants all over inside our place in the fridge, cupboards and cou ters and when I call to tell her she says it's our responsibility to fix when in fact it's their's. Hands down.worst.place ever to live"

"Lori stole from an US armed force veteran. This suppose to be a government facility, but conducts-criminal activities. She claimed to hold an unit that wasnt finished renovations. I transferred from Sacramento to Salt Lake with Amazon as only a full time-employee can do-and the property management thieves took advantage-of my vulnerability. Never trust them with your safety."
