"Living here in one of the apartments wasn't that bad. It can sometimes get noisy on weekends out in the parking lot. Traffic and speeding can be a big issue here. Many people do not clean up after their dogs. I had no problems with crime. The move out process is a complete rip-off and Maxx Property Management are essentially thieves. They will charge you if they find even one speck of dust left behind. It's a total scam. Just figure that living here you probably won't get back much of your move-in deposit."

"Worst management of all time. They scheduled to paint the parking lot this morning, didn’t tell anyone. No email, phone call, text…not even a paper on the door and they just started towing all of our cars from the parking lot. Went out in the morning to go to work…poof..cars gone. The property manager here is a moron."

"Management is terrible. But worse than that, they steal your deposit and raise rent to ridiculous amounts. They said that it cost them over $500 to "fix" my apartment after I left even though it was in perfect condition just like it was when I moved in. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!"

"Terrible place to live. Half the people that live here cause most of the issues and the other half are sick of management and dealing with everything. Tons of issue with the units that aren’t even the tenants faults but management will try to find a way to charge to the tenants any issue. Went without ac most of the summer and haven’t had heat for a week. Severally regret moving here and will leave as soon as we can."

"This place is not worth living here. They charge you for everything. Even when other people have things in here such as dogs or cats they don’t get charged or threaten to get kick out. They fine you for anything and everything. They are very poor in there management system. When you have a problem out here and need maintenance to fix things we get charged for them visiting and fixing things. They are not worth living here or being here. Stay away. Anyone here will tell you the same thing."
