"Do not move in here. It’s a scam. The lease allows them to fine you $100 for a complaint against you, with proof but before it’s rather apparent that they didn’t care about the proof. I have a family who lives above us with a child who runs all day and a dog downstairs that isn’t walked enough. I do not complain about them because I am tolerant of others situations and understand the lease which I am also fairly sure is not legal. Let me be transparently clear. I don’t want any action done on anyone living in this building. I want common sense resolutions. With that said let me continue. Our next door neighbor has zero common sense or tolerance of others and complains left and right because of their lack of empathy and basic entitlement. Again, he is young and learning, I forgive him. Issue really is the Mangers . They do not care about resolution only the profit from others misfortune. I was cleaning the lot of trash myself for the first month here and they were getting upset because it is not my job. Issue is no one cleaned it but I. I have pointed that out to them and the answer was a “we will get someone on that. I have stopped cleaning all together minus my dogs. Winco next door dumps trash all the time on our lot. Very shady business especially when you cannot afford to break the lease early. It’s sad, the community itself is fairly friendly minus a few bad eggs but management ruins everything by not taking care of the property and keeping the peace using shady means. Save yourself the hassle and look for a place that’s worth living in. Chloe’s next door is quite nice from the people I know who are there. On a final note. I am 95% sure there is no concrete between the walls which has become an industry standard back East and frankly is being adopted a lot in the West. The concrete stops sound and muffles it for the most part. Since this is a new building I am deeply concerned if there is none. When you mix that possibility with a lease agreement then you get an evil profit machine that will ruin you. Run! We will be leaving here as soon as we can. For the time being I am sleeping in the car with my dogs so next door stops complaining even though the sound is minimal. I train behavioral with dogs so mine are quite good. Hopefully this will resolve it however my wife is working non stop. This situation is not a good one."

"Shae has been a huge help with getting me settled in. Any time I have a question they are always right there to give a straight and honest answer. It’s in a pretty cool location, within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The skate shop right beside the complex is lots of fun too! I like walking my dog to the petco located right behind the complex. Really great staff, nice sized apartments, and lots of stuff to do in the surrounding area!"
