Arcadia Townhome Rentals

"Would give 0 stars if possible. Do yourself and family a favor and stay far away from this place. Lived there for 4 years. The company charges you additional fees and utilities they never mention price before you sign a lease except the $130 for internet and cable they force you to pay. They will tack on an additional $200 or so for “common area electric, common area gas, property tax and pest control. They also let known child abusers/felons live there with my kids next door! You can look up the recent story of the man who killed his nephew and abused the twin girl. They will nickle and dime you until you have nothing left. Management is awful and terrible at communicating when there are issues. They only care about money and nothing else. They say my rent was about $1775 and after all the fees are said and done I was paying $2100 on average. Also they make you give 60 days notice to let them know if you’re signing a new lease or not which makes it difficult to get out. Since ive lived there, they have changed ownership at least 4 times and every neighbor has been moving out any chance they get. Do not give your money to this place. You’ve been warned!"

"I wish I could select zero stars!!!! The worst experience ever. Doesn't even call back. You act like I live there. The blonde manager is clueless. The help follows the leader. Are you kidding me! You need to clean house. I don't even know the status and I was there 7 weeks ago. You people are beyond pathetic!!!!! I'd even put my phone number on here so people could meet with me or call me to say buyer beware. The manager over these two won't even call me to ask about my complaint... Get real you guys. People typically have a small window to move and you jerk them around. Update!! After being told we were accepted. They sent me an email which said I was now not accepted because I put this review up. Which is nothing but the truth! Run for your lives!!!"

"Been here for two years now ever since getting stationed at Hill Air Force Base and it has been sad to see this townhome community go from military friendly to big business just focused on profit. Military personnel were provided discounts with TEC Management but when Arcadia came in they stripped that away which doesn’t feel like we’re supported here much. This townhome went through 3 big property management companies with Arcadia being the last in less than a year. Even with all the changes, the services provided along with amenities has just downgraded tremendously. They are very much profit over people with the rent being raised to a questionable amount for what they even offer here. The quality of the townhomes leaves much to be desired and we find a lot of wood paneling in our kitchen being help up by tape when we moved in and paint peeling from the wall. The faux-hardwood floors were not placed correctly leading to moisture seeping in and warping the wood underneath. We have put in multiple work order requests and all they have done is close them out with no explanation and not even performing any maintenance. Sad to say that this will be the last lease I sign before moving me and my family out as we don’t feel the support we once felt as a part of the military community here in Arcadia."

"I just moved out of here and let me tell you do not move in here, the other residents do not clean up after their pets the people that lived right next to have a yard full of dog poop. Also received a text message saying I didn’t pay rent for the last month and that they were going to call a lawyer if I didn’t pay in 15 minutes, (I did in fact pay rent) and apparently it was sent by accident why I don’t know. The property is very, nice in a nice little area, but the people who run it don’t seem to know what they are doing."

"Our maintenance guy (Josh?? I didn't really catch his name) was pleasant, friendly and quickly resolved the issue and answered our questions and let us know that we could call him anytime (during his business hours) if we had any questions later. He's definitely a keeper!! Thanks"
