"I read reviews and notice people said no heat or ac. I have put in ac units with heat and all rooms work. Any review before 2 years has been takin care of. No rooms haven't been remodeled. No traffick or cops at all. Everything works great and is quiet now and comfortable. I know because I remodeled the rooms and cleaned this place up. It's funny I cleaned this place up but people who haven't even stayed here write bad reviews. Actually there's three people I had to kick out that wrote bad reviews. No more cops, no drugs, no fighting. Cheapest around to rent."
"Bed was halfway off box spring when I arrived so I went to push it back and noticed a dirty syringe underneath the mattress."
