"The new management sucks . They overcharge you for rent and sometimes make you pay twice a month because they’re too dumb to actually answer the phone to correct the mistake , start answering the phone so I can live like a normal human, they suck!! Do not live here unless you want to constantly worry about your home . Have fun staring at the cockroaches on your wall even though you’ve spent hundreds on bombing . The management only cares about money and probably just sit on there phones while “working”."

"100% the WORST management company ever. DO NOT LIVE HERE All they care about is screwing over their tenants and trashing the property. They cut down trees and left all the branches and stuff laying there. They took out the playgrounds and left poles sitting there. There is also trash everywhere. This has been this way for months. And my wife and I will never be back to this place again and will never recommend this place to anyone. They are horrible ownership. They also lie about the size of the apartments and take forever to fix things. For instance we had a leak in our bathtub that took them a month to fix. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!"

"Place is HORRIBLE, cops constantly there. Not a place to live if you have kids or if you want peace. Management doesn't care about having tenants that cause problems. There's a really high chance you'll get robbed. They let anyone live there and don't do background checks, my advice if you want to live there don't talk to anyone or let them in your home."

"I have been here for a couple years and have enjoyed my tenancy. I referred a few people because this place is one of the only affordable housing apartments left. All across the Wasatch Front, rents have been raised to numbers well over the max rent allowed if you have housing assistance. The community is friendly and inclusive. At night, most of the time it is very quiet. It's great."
