"DO NOT MOVE HERE! My family and I lived here for around 4 months. Every month rent plus random fees were never the same. They charged us for utilities we were already paying to the utility companies. We made a payment plan for some of the fees then randomly they wanted them paid. You can NEVER get ahold of the main person in charge. They don't tell you about the fees, they are in the lease but it doesn't specify an amount. They just want money. Your charged for anything and everything. They won't allow for better internet your forced to pay for a TV package you can't upgrade. Literally I wish I would have read the reviews this place isn't worth it."

"NOT A GOOD PLACE TO LIVE. Don't waste your money and time. They are slum lords and penny pinchers. You think you'll be getting a good deal and then the next year they'll rake your rent up $500."

"DON'T LIVE HERE! This bad review is only in regards to the management. The apartments themselves are fine, but not worth having to deal with the dishonest management. I have lived in apartments/rentals in several states across the U.S. typically moving out after a year, and NEVER had a single issue until this place. Two months after moving in management did a semi-annual inspection and failed the carpet after performing a black light test. Because of this, they wanted me to start making monthly payments for carpet replacement right away (added to monthly rent). I fought this stating that the stains being pointed out were not done by us, a black light test was not performed with me at move in, and the carpets should just be cleaned. They told me the carpets could not possibly be cleaned well enough to make the carpets salvageable and I was required to make monthly payments. I fought more and they decided that the carpets would be changed after I moved out, but I would not be charged for it (no black light with me at move in, stains were not from us). 10+ months later, I have moved out and they charged me $725 for CARPET CLEANING. Remember, they told me the carpets could not be cleaned and they wanted me to pay for replacement. When I brought this up they told me they only said I wouldn't have to pay for replacement, but they could charge me for cleaning (which they insisted wouldn't be enough save the carpet when they were trying to get me to pay for replacement). CROOKS! My settlement after move out cost just as much as a whole month's rent."
