"I had a tech come out to my business on February 6th for some lighting issues. On thumbtack it states there will be a $79 on site estimate fee. When the tech got to my business, he told me that there would be an additional $350 fee ON TOP of the $79 for him to actually estimate what is going on and give me a cost of how much it would be to fix the issue. I asked twice if the $350 was for cost of any materials to fix the issue, he said no that’s just for me look around and estimate the issue and that they are supposedly the cheapest in the area. So again the $350 is for an ESTIMATE ONLY the $79 was for him to walk in my doors. I paid him $79 and told him to leave. I basically paid for gas for a week for this technician. Pretty crooked way to do business in my opinion."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE business practices and communication. After taking the morning off from work because I had an 8-10 appointment, they never showed. When I finally got in touch with someone they said they'd call back. Guess what? Yup, no call back. I texted later that day and finally got a response. The customer service rep said they would give me 10% off and rescheduled for the following day. I knew they were poor at communication, so I decided to reach out to confirm that appointment before I wasted more PTO. Just like the last time, no response and no technician at all. If you have an option DO NOT use this company. You're much better off spending your time finding a reputable company that understands customer service! How they're in business, I'll never understand."

"This business is completely unprofessional, my home warranty sent them out two years ago. I am know getting a bill two years later to pay. They told me at time of service the warranty would take care of it all. If you get this company sent to your home ask for another company to come out."
