"What a friendly and great repair company! Dave came out to diagnose a dryer issue which sadly couldn't be fixed. I appreciate the honesty instead of charging for a repair that would cost more than a new unit. He also replaced an old garbage disposal. He was fantastic and put my elderly parent's mind at ease. Priceless! Highly recommend this company!"

"Kind staff, reliable delivery. Was told that some small rusted parts inside a lid would be repaired before delivery and they were not. There was also about a gallon of water in the washing machine after delivery. Ultimately, I DO recommend this place for affordable appliances. The washer and dryer work great and the return period is long which brought me comfort."

"There is nothing good to say about my experience with Best Home Appliance. My father in law referred me and he uses them often for his business, so I thought I was in good hands but I was very wrong. I called them for a dryer that was not heating up and wouldn't dry my clothes. I explained the problem and what I had already done trying to trouble shoot the issue. The "repair guy" was 100% sure it was the control board. Ordered the part, set up an appointment, and while waiting for the payment to process he made small talk. Asked me if I knew a certain person who shared my same last name. I said I did not and his response was, "Oh. Well if you did know him I would have given you a good discount." If you aren't going to give the customer a discount, that is completely unprofessional to say to them. Appointment day comes, I rearranged my work schedule to be home and after an hour of waiting I get the call from the lady who answers the phones who confused herself and immediately put me on hold, then tells me they need to reschedule for the following day. So I rearrange my work schedule again. "Repair guy" at least shows up this time, puts the part in but the dryer still won't work. He proceeds to tell me he needed to check my work and then puts me to work helping him take the dryer apart (Keep in mind I am paying him $150 just for labor). He checks my work and said I did everything right. As we're putting it back together he realized his mistake, he ordered and installed the wrong control board. Instead of owning up to the mistake, he chose to blame the parts warehouse. He said he needed a different control board so he orders it, sets up another appointment for Saturday morning. Saturday comes, I wait for him to show up, then get a call well after he said he'd be there from the lady saying he needs to reschedule. Again. But I was assured I would be the first customer on Monday morning. I couldn't rearrange my work schedule this time, but my wife was working from home as well as taking care of our infant son, so I told them I would not be home, but my wife will be there to let him in. The guy shows up again to change the right control board this time and immediately puts my wife to work. Sending her in and out of the house multiple times to flip breakers on and off. Remember, we're paying him $150 in labor and she's both working her own job and taking care of an infant and also being told to help the appliance repair guy. After he changes the part, instead of calling me like I asked him to, he told my wife that it didn't fix it and the problem has to be with one of the wires, but he was not going to waste his time checking the wires to find the issue and we should just buy a new machine. The "repair guy" (he didn't fix anything, so that's a stretch) told me I'd be refunded for the parts that I already paid for. I check my bank account the following day and don't see anything so I call them up. The same lady answers the phone and I explain why I'm calling. "Whoops. I was supposed to call you but I forgot. That's my fault. Can I put you on hold while I find out what's going on?" is the response I got. 5 minutes later (maybe longer) she comes back to say, "We're going to write up a check and send it to you in the mail for your refund." When I asked why she can't just refund my card she went on a rant about how the system they use is stupid and it never works when they try to refund people that way. I'm willing to bet the system works just fine, and they don't have any idea what they are doing. The only thing they successfully did, was take my money. Nothing was fixed. Both my wife and I were put to work as helpers to someone who claims to be an appliance repair man. And the job was abandoned when it got too hard. If you read all this, do yourself a favor and find somewhere that has respect for their customers and someone who can actually repair your appliance."

"If you're like me and hate paying thousands for a new washer and dryer set, this is your place. They have used appliances that have been repaired and reconditioned. I'm old school and just need a washer with an agitator, with a few water levels and temperature choices. They have a decent selection of the top brands, some are older and some fairly new. Most will have some minor dents and wear and tear. But the prices are well below what you would pay for a new appliance. They have a 90-day warranty, which is amply time to know if there is any issue with the appliance. Everyone there has been extremely helpful."

"Went in and bought the cheapest model they had. They recommended we come back a couple days later so they could properly clean and paint the set so I paid and came back a couple days later. Unfortunately, they had sold the set I had bought which wouldnt be a problem to me except I rented a truck and needed a washer a week prior. Fortunately, they gave me a nicer model which I happily excepted and went on my merry way, washer and dryer in tow. The washer sold to us would not stop turning on and off at random. One day I woke up at 4am to go to work and there was my washer, washing the cylinder inside I presume. Luckily, they came and fixed it after a week or so. Kind of a hassle but overall good customer service in my experience."
