"Had Spencer come out for a routine inspection of our HVAC system. He pointed out what was working fine and what could and was a problem to be. Explained everything in incredible detail. When I asked about upgrades I wanted to make to the system. He walked the entire home noting all feeds and returns and inspected the wiring at the thermostat for what options I had. He offered multiple solutions and gave unofficial estimates, but they were guidelines to what I could expect. This guy was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly, courteous and easy to talk to.
