"We had an issue with a phone battery expanding on an android phone (Google Pixel) and we were able to get the issue resolved quickly and easily. They seemed to understand what they were doing and took care of it for a reasonable price. Overall service took about 3 hours I believe. Service was friendly enough and didn’t make us feel like we were waiting around for nothing. Would recommend if you have issues with an android. Have not had any experiences with them regarding Apple products as of yet. Do plan on having a friend or partner with a phone join you, as they will need another phone in order to contact you when they are done fixing your phone. Also plan on leaving and coming back, there is no place to sit and wait in the store."

"I was extremely impressed by this business! I made the mistake of trying to repair my own broken screen. I damaged the main board in the process. I brought it here on a long shot to see what they could do. They attempted to fix and unfortunately couldn't. They didn't charge me a dime. It's rare to see this sort of circumstance these days. I would absolutely do business with them again. Thank you!"

"I like this particular location. My second time going to them. The entire teams customer service is quick, efficient and accurate. They do a very good job repairing your phone. In my particular case I had a Google Pixel 7 pro Android phone took it in for a cracked screen, results were awesome. Thank you tons!!!"

"Don’t trust their techs. I brought my phone in for back glass repair and they screwed up my camera. Black dot and the zoom lens won’t focus. They want to charge me more to open it up and fix what they did. I didn’t notice the problem until I went to use the camera a few days later. “No long term warranty” apparently means as soon as I walk out the door after pick up, it’s on me. This is what happens when the techs are careless and don’t QC the whole phone after repairs. Don’t leave the store until you have them check everything right in front of you."

"Awful experience brought in a Xbox series X with minor water damage (I did all the important steps to take after water damage like leaving it off for a 24 hour period). They then proceeded to take it for two weeks with no contact and sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Got on customer support to ask if they still had it which they said yes and it was ready to be picked up. Came in 5 days later and they told me they couldn't find it and to contact them later that day. Called them later that day and was told they handed it off to someone else and to wait from a call from them to find out how we proceed. Finally after another week get told they have another Xbox Series X that I can pick up that might work. Pick it up the next day and its completely trashed and looks like it was thrown off a building. You can feel and see all the parts on the inside rolling around, the side panels are way bent out of shape, the bottom plate is completely missing and the area around the disc drive is melted, it obviously doesn't even work either. So disappointed with the service, at the very least I could've sold the other one for parts but this one is complete junk. I dont recommend ever going here this was a nightmare"
