"I called Chris on Monday and he fit me in today and did amazing work. He came to my house, explained the exact problem, gave me updates throughout the process, drove out of his way to get parts so I didn't have to wait days for the fix, did extra work to fix what a previous mechanic did poorly, did the work, showed me the result, provided a test drive and he was delightful and trustworthy. I could tell from the moment he arrived that I found a humble expert willing to do right by me. He even tried to discount his price suggesting that he had to drive a long way to get the parts. The way I saw it - he saved me a ton of time by getting the 'hard to find' part and being so serviceable about it. I love to work with amazing experts and Chris delighted us today by helping with a fix to our leaky car - valve cover gasket replaced, break pads replaced, battery posts cleaned and protected, window washer fluid container secured, and visual review for other items that needed maintenance.
