"I came in solely for the fact I didn’t have time to change my oil myself and it was past due. I was greeted by the kid who was going to do the oil change. He had me get out and leave my keys in the truck. I got my kids out and we began to walk across the parking lot to the convenience store for drinks. I heard a shout and hard braking. I turned around to see that he was just short of crushing my bed side on n the bollard outside the building. When he attempted to back out he then backed my mirror he n to the wall. We walked back and I had him get out so I could get the truck in over the pit. As the service continued I kept an eye on the techs. Once they replaced the oil they started the truck to do a check on their work. Once the truck fired off they immediately ran the rpms up to what sounded to be around 1800rpm. No chance for good oil pressure or circulation. While at a high rpm they shut the truck off. Not allowing it to idle down before. Once that was done they slammed my hood shut. Absolutely awful service. I was given a discount coupon and a discount on the amount of oil purchased. But I paid to have it done correctly and professionally. I would have gladly paid more for it to be done properly. The discounts do not make up for the poor treatment of my vehicle."
"1st time visit, had oil change and inspection/renewal all done at once. I am very impressed. Professional, organized, in and out of there within 10 to 15 minutes without an appointment yesterday on Saturday late afternoon. My new go to for sure !!!"
"Very quick, polite service. This Grease Monkey location should seriously consider updating their waiting room. The soft drink and coffee dispensers have now been ‘Out of service’ for at three years now. The area rug in front of these same machines appears to not have been swept or vacuumed in a long time."
"This is where I always take my car for oil changes and to get the emissions done. I have a great experience every time; the staff are nice and knowledgeable and I never feel like they're trying to take advantage of my lack of car maintenance knowledge. I would definitely recommend!"
