"It has become a common issue that they lose packages. I don't really blame them personally. The fact that they have been essentially defunded before, and after the pandemic makes me blame myself for shopping online and then getting the "whoops it got lost idk" routine. my advice just shop at brick&mortar as much as you can, because online shopping used to be convenient, now it's like getting your teeth pulled while playing Russian Roulette at the same time."

"They wouldn't let me use their tape to tape up a box. They told me I would have to purchase my own tape. The Bountiful location often tapes up boxes and is a lot more helpful than this Centerville location."

"Very helpful in store. I was helped by Cami who was just so AWESOME to help me. I say this to help in the furtue though. The automated phone system is super frustrating. I called and one of the options was not my problem. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out a simple question. Eventually the system just hung on me super frustrating. Cami was my saving grace. You go girl. Keep up the amazing work attitude. So refreshing."
