"Terrible customer service. The lady working older Latina refused to give me more napkins. She gave me 2 napkins with my combo, I had a runny nose so I went up to her and asked her for more and she refused to give me any. I asked her why not in Spanish she Told me in Spanish “se las están contando” meaning they count how many napkins she gives out. And she couldn’t give me anymore. Mind you There was no Toilet paper in the restrooms. Horrible horrible customer service."

"Visited this Centerville Carl's Junior restaurant. I forgot how delicious the Western Bacon Cheeseburger was! OMG! It's SO SO SO GOOD! The service was great too and the restaurant was sparkly clean. Even the restroom was spotless. Great service; quick, friendly cashier."

"My husband and I waited for just under 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant and only one car in the drive thru. There were three people that walked past us, saw us and didn’t bother to even speak. Maria was in the front the whole time with her back to us most of the time. She looked at us several times but couldn’t be bothered to even comment that she would be right with us. We will never go there again. Too bad because they could really use some customers."

"I would give zero stars if possible. This specific location seems more concerned with price gouging than customer service. You'd think in Utah you would get a fry sauce with a $15 dollar meal, but no they wanna squeeze another 35 cents out of you if you don't wanna eat your fries dry. Also hints at how greedy the management is when their holiday hours suggest they even make their employees work on Christmas. I wonder how much longer this location will last seeing how any time I go by there the only cars there probably belong to the employees."
