"UPDATE. DO NOT ORDER THE PESTO PASTA. ITS HORRIBLE. IT LITERALLY TASTES LIKE POTATO SALAD MIXED WITH PESTO. IT IS DISGUSTING AND THEY DONT EVEN FILL THE BOWL. Ordered the bowtie pasta. Paid for a bowl and it came with hardly any. What an absolute rip off. Won't order it again. Sandwiches are good tho"

"I work at a Powersports Dealership & am not always able to leave to get lunch. This Jimmy John's is absolutely the BEST!!! I even put a request to have the food brought upstairs where I'm at & they followed through!! You guys are amazing, fast & have the best customer service. Thank you so much!!"

"So much for freaky fast. 3rd car in line and I was there for more than 15 minutes…. They charged me full price for chips sandwich and drinks instead of putting it into 2 combos so I was overcharged. They also got my order wrong."

"These guys are pretty awesome. We were in town for a sporting competition and volunteered to pick up the teams lunch. Somehow the order was lost and these guys jumped in to produce three party boxes in 50 minutes all while helping their other guests. While I appreciate the speed in which our lost catering order was executed, I don't understand the need to remove bread from the center of the roll. It makes for a less filling sandwich and seems rather wasteful. All in all the staff was courteous and very helpful."
