"First time visit for me, my wife has been here multiple times and always gets salads but this time she got a burger with me. They are Half pound burgers so they are thicc bois. First I’ll mention that I got Buffalo chips because they were out of steak fries. But they were the highlight of the meal for my partner and I. So good! I’d come back just to get an order of them. We were not impressed by our burgers. Mine had sautéed onions on it and the onions were grey… and tasted kinda funny. So that threw me off a bit. The meat (should be the star of the show) was not seasoned at all. Seriously felt like they just took some beef flattened it out and threw it on a grill. You gotta season your beef man. And that was for both our burgers.. Everything was just.. Fine. Although we did feel somewhat gross after our meals so that’s not fun. I’d go back but definitely not for a burger. Guess I should switch to salads like my wife."

"Edit: updated the review a week later, Hug-hes responded to my feedback via email and said they let the staff and management know about the issue and made it right with me. Updating to 4 stars, they'll get 5 if we have no issues next time we go! Original: 2 stars. Great food, but it wasn't mine. My wife ordered to-go, I picked it up and was given someone else's order. The staff didn't read back to me what I ordered, I told them my name and they just handed me the bags and I assumed it was mine. Got home and found out it was someone else's. It was still good, but not what I ordered. The sandwiches still tasted fine, but I'd recommend confirming your order before leaving if you make an order to go."

"We were in the area with our daughter and decided that we would try something new and this was it. The restaurant was very nice inside wasn’t expecting that in a strip mall. Inviting to the eye was the cookies and other pastry options on display when we walked in the door. After a brief wait we were seated and started to look at the menu and it is very expansive. The food was very good and the service was great as well. This is a very popular lunch so come early or expect to wait a little."

"The food was great as always. We came in with a large group, and it can be hard to get the food perfect with all the customers. So the food was a bit dry. But we loved the buffalo chips and shoe string fries.The waitresses were very attentive and patient. Overall great place and we will be going back."

"The food was decent. I ordered the blue bacon burger and it okay. Definitely not the best that I’ve ever had - it was a bit dry (in spite of being drenched in a mayo dressing). Beyond the blue cheese, it lacked a lot of flavor. But it was decent. Fries were fantastic - battered and crispy with soft interiors. Others in our party ordered the pan-seared salmon salad and loved it. This place wouldn’t be the first place I would go when presented with options. But I wouldn’t dread going here either."
