"I had an appointment on Thursday, 3/14 at 11AM to have a hitch installed. I showed up for my appointment and they told me I don't have one. I asked them to look it up and they said the appointment was on Friday, 3/15 at 9AM. I found my email confirmation to show it was scheduled like I said on 3/14 at 11AM. They just said, "so". I said, so I'd like you to install my hitch since we have an appointment. They said they don't do installs on Thursdays. I again kindly reminded them that they setup the appointment with me in the first place. I guess they felt they could just move my appointment to a different day and time that was more convenient for them without even notifying me. What a joke. There was no apology at all. Just basically a tough, deal with it kind of attitude. I had to go out of my way to make the Friday appointment work, and I eventually had the hitch installed. But with that customer service, I won't do business with them again. And you shouldn't either."

"They gave our RESERVED truck to someone else before we arrived at 9am. Completely unacceptable to do this. Don’t have a reservation policy and then ignore it. You need to stick to your original arrangements. It’s basic integrity. It really put a massive hiccup in our moving plans."

"The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I have always been able to rent a trailer for all of my towing needs, including a flat bed car trailer. I frequent this location regularly."

"The woman who was a manager here this morning denied me a truck and said I tried to take someone else’s by making a reservation online. I placed a confirmed reservation online, and apparently now it’s unavailable on a day that I had organized and paid for moving help. I asked what could be done for me and the lady raised her voice, blamed me for multiple reasons for why this didn’t work out, and told me to get out of her store. I tried to figure out if there were other ways to approach this, which resulted in us getting into an argument, but the woman was hell bent on denying me options. So now I have nothing and a whole house to move. This is THE WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had and I borderline needed to call the cops for fear that this lady was going to lose her temper and retaliate with made up credit card charges."

"I needed a tow package installed on my vehicle to put my Yakima bike rack on. Much cheaper than other places and it only took them about 90 minutes. Staff was professional and Jeffrey went out of his way to make sure that I knew how to access the hitch and put my bike rack on. Highly recommend for this service!"
