"This store is giving a good effort, but the parking is HORRIBLE—I end up circling around looking for parking every time. Long lines inside every time. Very stingy on packaging if you aren’t prepared with the right bags/boxes. Go down the street to Kohls in Centerville for Amazon returns instead."

"I do not recommend this store for anyhing!! They have employees that are not experienced and don't even know how to send a fax. I stopped at this store while traveling through heading back home to send an important fax. The employee did not know how to send the fax and asked another employee and that employee did not even go and assist, she just shouted out how to do it. I asked for confirmation for that fax and was told it went through but was not given a print out. He said there was no print out. The fax did not go through and now have a delay on my paycheck. This was a simple request I paid for. Extremely upset and disappointed."

"I use this place because it's the only place within many miles that will take my UPS returns. It's busy because it's the only place. You're not lonely when you go into a place that's the only place....around. it's a good place to meet people. Maybe a neighbor where you can catch up on what they've been doing. Even though they live across the street, you hardly ever see them. We're all busy people, just like this busy place. So go and get your package returned or sent and see your neighbor you haven't seen in a while."

The team lead there was about to send me on my way to figure out my problem on my own, but Peter worked with me to call Amazon and get my problem resolved. Without his help it would have been a long frustrating process, but he got me taken care of today!!"

"This is the closest UPS store to me and I will come here quite frequently. Always had a good experience and quick service even when there was a long line. Just want to give a shout out to Jamie (cute lady with curly hair) and Andrew (looks like a young Ashton Kutcher) for helping me today with all my packages and keeping my toddler entertained while I was doing it all. You guys are awesome!"
