Wendy's 210 West 500 South, Bountiful, UT 84010

"Went to 5th south Wendy’s last year, got food poisoning. Decided maybe it was a fluke since my kids have been going for lunch despite my experience. Decided to give it another try this evening. Here I am 1am, post-emesis reviewing this cesspool in the hopes that I save even one person from the mid slumber awakening to dash to the toilet. The food poisoning doesn’t even address the child put in management who throws fits when you ask to have your order fulfilled correctly. Long story short, stay away unless you enjoy spooning your toilet and appreciate condescending derision from a child because you don’t have your entire passenger order complete."

"I stood at an empty counter to order our meal and there were no employees visible. I waited a few minutes and called for anyone to answer. No response. I waited a few more minutes and called out again. Again, no response. A few minutes later 5 employees walked out of the back of the store all together. When I gave a specific order I had to repeat myself a few times and he still screwed up the order until he repeated it back and I still had to make a correction. He seemed frustrated with me. There no condiments except for some ketchup packets on the desk that sat in the sun. None other were offered. I've been in customer service for over 40 years and this was pretty pathetic. I won't go back to that Wendy's and I will tell my friends about my experience. Maybe it was an off day for them, I don't know. It deed leave a lasting negative impression."

"Great service for a location that has to deal with a lot of society's garbage. The whole place was clean including the bathrooms and the employees were attentive and helpful. Quick too. Unlike a few other locations, they also got everything right on my order. The only reason for 4 stars for the food is Wendy's always seems to be a little too salty. Not enough that it ruins everything, just enough that I wish it weren't."

"I ordered a regular hamburger combo, it was ready before I sat down at a table. Nothing was fresh made, it almost made me sick. There are better places to have burgers, won’t go there again. Not only that, the young lady that took my order was rude and not friendly"
