When we finally managed to reach him, his response was shockingly unprofessional. Bill Dean not only refused to pay the necessary detention fees but also displayed a complete lack of empathy for the challenges our team and driver faced due to his actions. His dismissive attitude and insistence on keeping the money for himself were deeply concerning. It's clear that his priority was not client satisfaction or fair business practices but rather personal gain at the expense of others' hardships. "I’ve tried for a week to get an updated rate confirmation do to a load that was suppose to be a 1 pick 1 drop and ended up having 5 drops. They told me they would take care of it and to proceed on now can’t get them to do anything. I’m filing on there INSURANCE BOND today for breach of contract which in return will put them out of business until it is resolved. I have contacted main office with no response back and send email on there website with no response so they have had every chance."
