"I’ve never had any issues going in they are always so great! This is the first time we have had an issue like this. I live off a main road, with a driveway that is a little longer than somebody living in Cul-de-sac or neighborhood. Recently nobody in my house has been getting packages. I got a slip in the mailbox saying they needed a signature and we weren’t home. (We were outside in the garage with the door open and we watched them show up and drive off) they just didn’t bother coming up to the door or any of us to ask for a signature! I signed the sheet and put it back in the mailbox where it said to put it for the next time they came- a few days go by and I STILL didn’t receive my package! At this point it has been 5 days with no package. I called the post office and they told me that they have it there and I went and picked it up from their building. Which was super annoying especially when she could’ve just walked up to us and got a signature 5 days ago. My mom was supposed to get a package that she had been waiting for and depending on it to arrive today and when the mail came there wasn’t any packages. My mom called the post office and the guy said he was going to call our mail lady and see if she had it and can swing back around. And guess what?! She came back and dropped the package off! She had it this whole time and just didn’t want to walk it to the door. What was she going to do with it? Just keep it in her vehicle until she decided she wanted to give us it? We called and complained because we have lived here for 20+ years and have never had an issue like this and the guy blamed it on us having a cluster mailbox, dogs, multiple residence lane, and/or construction. We don’t have any of those and no construction in sight. This was just very frustrating because we have never had this issue and now it’s happened twice in less than a week."

"I was supposed to get two packages today. They were delivered about an hour apart. Both were marked "delivered to a parcel locker" Guess what...... One package was at my front door and the other is nowhere to be found. It wasn't with the one left at the door and there is no key in my mailbox. So the key is either in the wrong mailbox, the package was delivered elsewhere, or the carrier brought it back to the post office. I won't ever know because it was marked "delivered to a parcel locker" And of course I can't do anything about it because it's Saturday and the Post Office doesn't open until Monday. This is unacceptable."

"I went into the post office around 9am on 12/20/23 — My first interaction upon entering was with an employee who was rude and had no interest in assisting me. This was my first time shipping a package and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do. This review however is to spot light the worker who did end up assisting me, he was VERY kind and helpful especially after his co-worker just treated me so poorly. I didn’t get his name but his kindness did not go unnoticed and changed my entire experience at this post office."

"Was flabbergasted to see all the hate in these reviews so I decided to write my own. I do a lot of shipping and have always had good experiences here. Pleasant staff, decent lines, never once had an issue. So I'm not 100% sure where all these negative reviews are coming from."

"The person who delivers our mail is grouchy sometimes like I have seen other people mention, but as far as the actual post office I have never had any problems. The staff is nice enough and helpful and they have never lost any of the stuff I have shipped from there."
