"What a pleasant experience this was. The young gentleman at the counter, Should I I’m gonna post a picture of this the remnants Chris was very pleasant. Our food was very fresh, and even brought us a cookie when they brought it to our table. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a fast food restaurant. As you can see we didn’t leave much!"

"I just returned from getting some fries for an ill daughter. I waited much longer than I had hoped after opting for waiting inside instead of the drive up. When several drive up were served ahead of me I felt irritated. As I waited I was amazed at the manager and coworker. They delivered the meals as fast as anyone could. They were amazing. My daughter loves your fries. She may deplete your supply if she doesn't get better soon. Thanks!"

"I love this Carl's Jr! The customer service is always so friendly and reliable. I have some blood sugar issues and can always count on getting food quick, even on holidays and late nights right before they close. Which is huge for keeping me from passing out! We see Justin a lot and he always takes such good care of us, and makes our day better. Delicious food too!"

"I waited 27 minutes to get my food, along with the 7 people behind me waiting to get their food. I ordered the hand crafted lemonade. They failed to tell me that it was costing $2 extra. I had asked for larges and when i got to the window, they said they only have small. And they couldn't even fill the cup up completely. I asked for Fry sauce because I got fries and they said it was 35 cents a cup. No freeby ones that come with the fries. Food cold by the time I got. Way to go Riverton UT CJ."

"My experience was awful. All cars were sent to the front of the store to wait for their food. I can understand that it may be exceptional cases to do that, as ordering chicken strips ( which take 5 min to cook), but I just ordered a simple hamburger and fried. I went to the parking lot and went inside to find out why they were sending all the cars to the front of the store, and the manager was so upset that I was asking that. She started explaining that a hamburger takes 4 min to cook, which I said I don’t have a problem with ( even though they have to have hamburger ready since it’s a fast food restaurant). But she told me that the company tells them to lie about their waiting time and have the customer park on the other side of the building and wait for their food. After a few seconds of interaction, she said, I'm not going to give you your food and give your money back, and I said, ok, it’s okay, but she was agitated and kept talking to me about it. I told her I not mad at you, and I’m dissatisfied that you are sending everyone to the parking lot and giving the wrong time information to the company. I hope she was not a manager cuz she did not have any customer & service skills. She was wearing a black uniform.
